The Challenge
Cold outbound at scale needs personalisation, but lead sourcing was fragmented across 4+ platforms and outreach was templated and generic — so reply rates stayed low and pipeline was unpredictable.
The Approach
We built an autonomous pipeline: prospects are sourced across the open web into one place, enriched in real time, then handed to an LLM that drafts a personalised message per prospect. Durable workflow orchestration runs the multi-step sequences, and analytics track reply rates end to end.
